Bob McKittrick

Bob McKittrick is a consulting structural and civil engineer.  He is Chair of GIACC-UK.  He was with Scott Wilson (now AECOM) for 39 years where he was a Main Board Director and COO/CEO (Europe) before retiring in 2007.  He  worked on bridges, concrete structures, light rail, infrastructure and reclamation projects around the world including in Hong Kong for seven years, and for shorter periods in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, South Africa, Kuwait and Thailand.  He was also an expert witness on many occasions.  He was President of the Institution of Structural Engineers in 2002/2003, a co-founder of the UK Anti-Corruption Forum in 2004 and an RAEng  Visiting Professor at Sheffield University.  He was a member of the ICE Ethics Committee, a member of the ICE Professional Conduct Committee and was an ICE Professional Reviewer for 20 years.  In addition, he was Chairman of the CoST UK Pilot for five years, Non-Executive Director of the Chesterfield Training Enterprise Council, Non-Executive Director of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Trust, and Chairman of Framework Housing Association in Nottingham.

Sam Eastwood

Sam Eastwood is a solicitor who is an investigations and regulatory partner based in Mayer Brown’s London office. He advises corporates across a range of sectors, in particular aerospace and defence, oil and gas, mining, shipping, transportation, engineering and heavy machinery.  His investigations and compliance work has included mandates in China, Southeast Asia, Africa, Russia, Brazil, the United States, the Middle East, the Nordic region and throughout Europe.  He was part of the UK project team that developed the International Standards Institute (ISO) standard for anti-corruption management programmes and previously sat on the British Standards Institute’s panel for the drafting of the Anti-Bribery Standard, and conducted subsequent pilot reviews of this Standard.

Hamish Goldie-Scot

Hamish Goldie-Scot is a consulting engineer who has 45 years’ experience of working with others to optimise the sustainable socio-economic outcomes of public infrastructure investments.  After working for a major international engineering consultancy for 34 years, including as its Business Conduct Compliance Manager, he has been an independent consultant since 2013.  He has worked in over fifty countries, been resident in six, and in three countries has worked long-term within government systems.  He is a longstanding practitioner of more collaborative approaches to improving performance in the planning, delivery and maintenance of public infrastructure, and is a Technical Adviser to CoST – the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative.

Petter Matthews

Petter Matthews is a built environment and infrastructure governance specialist with more than 40 years’ experience.  He is Executive Director of CoST, the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative, that works in 20 countries, and improves transparency and accountability in infrastructure investment.  He is also Executive Director of Engineers Against Poverty, an independent NGO working on infrastructure policy and practice.  He is a member of the OECD’s ‘Anti-Corruption Leaders Hub’ and has supported the development of a range of global initiatives, including most recently  the Blue Dot Network, ‘Fast-Infra label’ and the FCDO’s ‘Green Cities and Infrastructure Programme’.

Patrick Rappo

Patrick Rappo is a solicitor who is a partner based in Reed Smith’s London office.  His practice focuses on corporate and white-collar crime, covering international bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and sanctions, working across high-risk sectors and high-risk jurisdictions.  He has a keen interest in preventative measures and incentivising compliance.  He also has a focus on human rights, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), AI, and big data.  Prior to moving into private practice, Patrick was Joint Head of the Bribery and Corruption divisions at the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO).

Neill Stansbury

Neill Stansbury is a construction lawyer who has worked for over 40 years in the international infrastructure sector.  He is Co-founder and Director of GIACC-International.  He was Chairman of the International Organization for Standardization Anti-Bribery Project Committee which published ISO 37001, Chairman of British Standards Institution Anti-Bribery Working Group which published BS 10500, and Vice Chairman of the World Federation of Engineering Organisation’s Anti-Corruption Standing Committee.  He was independent anti-corruption compliance monitor of Balfour Beatty, Parsons Brinckerhoff and Mabey Bridge.  He is co-author of the GIACC Resource Centre.  He has given anti-corruption presentations and workshops in over 40 countries.
